The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure („Cr.P.C.‟) has been instituted on behalf of the petitioner seeking appropriate directions to expedite the trial in FIR No. 443/15, dated 24.06.2015, registered at Police Station Bawana, for offences punishable under Sections 287/304 A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 („IPC‟).

It is stated by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that no single witness has been examined till date.
