1. At the request of learned counsel for the Petitioner, the name of Respondent No.2 is deleted from the array of parties.

2. None has appeared on behalf of Respondent No.1 despite service. Respondent No.1 is accordingly set ex parte.

3. The existence of an arbitration clause in the agreement and its invocation by the Petitioner by notice dated 10th March 2015 remain uncontroverted.

4. In that view of the matter, the Court appoints Mr. Ashish Wad, Advocate (Mob.No.981001516) as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter-claims. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DAC'). The fees of the learned Arbitrator will be in terms of the Delhi ARB.P. 14/2016

High Court Arbitration Centre (Arbitrators' Fees) Rules. The learned Arbitrator will comply with the disclosure requirements in terms of Section 11 (8) read with Section 12 (1) of the Act before entering upon reference.

5. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be communicated to the learned Arbitrator as well as Additional Coordinator, DAC forthwith.
