The petitioner is seeking appointment of an arbitrator under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. 2.
The arbitration agreement between the parties was not disputed. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the appointment of sole Arbitrator by this Court.

The petition is allowed and Mr. Dinesh Dayal, Retd. ADJ (Mobile No. 9810100200) is appointed as a sole arbitrator to adjudicate the claims and counter claims of the parties.

The learned arbitrator shall ensure the compliance of Section 12 read with Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Schedule of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before commencing the arbitration.
5.
The fees of the arbitrator shall be according to Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
6.
Copy of this order be sent to the learned arbitrator.
7.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
