The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 85/2023 of PS Cyber South West for offence under Section 420/120B IPC and Section 66C and 66D of IT Act.

In response to a specific query, learned counsel for accused/applicant submits specifically that no bail application - regular or even interim is pending before any other court.

Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that she is layer-1 beneficiary of the notorious Fedex fraud. According to investigation carried so far, one of the dubious entries in the bank account of the accused/applicant was above Rs. 8,00,000/- and in single day there were transactions of Rs. 3,30,00,000/- in her bank account. them has already been declared proclaimed offender. On behalf of accused/applicant, five applications for regular bail were filed before the Court of Sessions, out of which three were withdrawn and two were dismissed on merits. The accused/applicant filed another application for regular bail before this Court and the same also was withdrawn on 20.11.2024.

After addressing partly, on instructions of his client, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 5.
As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
