The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 376/2024 of PS Lajpat Nagar for offence under Section 109/126(2) of BNS. 2.
Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he assaulted the victim with a bottle on head and also caused multiple injuries due to which the victim remained unconscious for very long in the hospital and ultimately succumbed.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after testimony of the public witnesses. 4.
As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
