% 03.09.2024 Learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition for grant of parole since during pendency of petition an application for furlough preferred on behalf of petitioner was allowed for a period of three weeks. He further submits that the petitioner has also been granted exemption from surrendering vide order dated 19.03.2024 by Hon'ble Apex Court in some separate proceedings.

Taking the statement of learned counsel for petitioner on record, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
