The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [in short, 'Act'] seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for another six months. 4.

Mr. Tushar Bhalla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitrator is likely to expire on 20.01.2026 and the matter is at the stage of final arguments. 5.
