The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing no. 0416/2019 under Sections 323/452/506/34 of the IPC, registered with Police Station Bhajan Pura and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. He is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. He states that he has since resolved all his disputes with the petitioner. He further states that the FIR in question was lodged on the account of a misunderstanding, which has since been resolved. He joins the petitioner in praying that the FIR in question be quashed.

The petitioner is also present in Court and is identified by his counsel. He also confirms that he has resolved all his disputes with respondent no.2 and has no grievance against him.

In view of the statements made by the concerned parties (petitioner and respondent no.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR bearing no.

0416/2019 under Sections 323/452/506/34 of the IPC registered with Police Station Bhajan Pura and all other proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 6.
