Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 423/2022 of PS Jafarabad for offence under Section 287/337 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner. 2.
In furtherance of last order, report dated 18.05.2026 of Commissioner Workmen's Compensation was filed, giving specific calculations in accordance with law and as per the same, the total compensation payable to the petitioner would be Rs.12,28,446/-. The matter was listed before the Commissioner Workmen Compensation for final arguments when the so called compromise was recorded.
