The petitioner challenges the order dated 15.02.2020 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate ('MM') pursuant to which an application filed under Section 156(3) of the CrPC was dismissed.

Concededly, the order passed by the learned MM is revisable under Section 397 of the CrPC before the Court of Sessions.

The petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate petition before the learned Court of Sessions.
