The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure („Cr.P.C.‟) has been instituted on behalf of the petitioner praying as follows: "In light of the above mentioned facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that, this Hon 'ble Court may be pleased to:- a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus granting parole to the petitioner for a period of ninety (90) days to the petitioner in FIR No. 387/2014, U/S 365/376D/392/506/34 IPC, P.S.
