This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS (Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus giving direction(s)/order(s) to the respondent for confinement of the petitioner in semi open prison; in FIR NO. 302/2012, U/S 302 IPC, P.S. Alipur; b) Pass such further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper."

The present petition be treated as a representation and be placed before the Competent Authority to decide whether the petitioner is eligible and can be placed in a semi-open prison as per Delhi Prison Rules, 2018. Let the same be decided within a period of 4 weeks from today under intimation to the petitioner.
