The present writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: - "(i) issue direction to the Respondent No. 1 to register the FIR and initiate the enquiry against the Respondent No. 2 by taking appropriate legal action against the Respondent No.2" 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has also filed a complaint case under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.'), which has been numbered as CT Case No. 729/2021. He states that the said case is next listed on 29.01.2025 before the learned Trial Court.

Mr. Sinha, learned ASC states on instructions from the Investigating Officer ('IO') that the action taken report ('ATR') will be duly filed before the learned Trial Court before the next date of hearing. 4.
In view of the aforesaid submissions of the Respondent, the Petitioner states that he is not seeking any further relief in this petition.
