The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in the case FIR No. 636/2023, Sections 279/337/304 of the IPC and Sections 134 and 187 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, registered at Police Station Pandav Nagar.
