% 28.01.2015 Ms. Sapna, wife of the appellant has been produced in court. We have spoken to Ms. Sapna in the chamber. We have also spoken to her brother who has accompanied her. Ms. Sapna submits that she has left her matrimonial home on her own free will and she does not wish to join her husband.

In view of the statement made by Ms. Sapna, the petition is not pressed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall take appropriate remedy as available to him in accordance with law. The petition stands dismissed.
