The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.843/2015 registered under Sections 376 IPC at PS Pandav Nagar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2015. Upon completion of investigation, a charge-sheet has already been filed. The petitioner and the victim were acquainted with each other since April, 2013. Physical relations took place between the two on various occasions BAIL APPLN. 32/2016

albeit on the alleged promise to marry. Apparently, there is delay in lodging the FIR.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
