By way of present bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted to him in FIR No. 359/2023 registered under Sections 307/394/397/411/34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area. 2.

Applicant was directed to be released by the Trial Court on interim bail from 29.01.2024 (12:00 noon) to 31.01.2024 ((12:00 noon). Considering that the factum of marriage of applicant's sister is already verified, let applicant be released on interim bail from 28.01.2024 to 01.02.2024 on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 19.01.2024 passed by the Trial Court. The impugned order is modified to the aforesaid extent.
