After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner states that she would like to withdraw the present petition. She submits that she would like to reserve her rights to urge the grounds urged in the present petition at the appropriate stage before the Trial Court. 2.
In light of the foregoing, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Court has not commented on the merits of the case. The Petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the grounds urged in the present petition and any other such grounds as are available under law before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage.
