% 27.11.2025 CM APPL. 74598/2025 By way of this joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the parties pray that their compromise as recorded in Settlement Agreement dated 24.11.2025, arrived-at through mediation under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, be taken on record; and the appeal be disposed-of in terms of the settlement. A copy of the settlement agreement is on record. 2.

Appellants No.1/S. Kulvinder Singh and appellant No.2/Veerender Kaur are present in-person.

Appellant No.2/Veerender Kaur holds General Power of Attorney dated 05.03.2020 on behalf of appellant No.3/Ms. Ramandeep Kaur, a copy of which has been appended with the settlement agreement. 4.

Shri Harjot Singh Handa/respondent No.1(ii) is also present in court. He has been authorised by respondent No.1 (i), (iii), and (iv) to represent them in the present proceedings vide Power of Attorney dated 14.11.2025 executed in Kent, England, which has been duly notarised.

A demand draft of Rs.70 lacs has been handed-over by the appellants to respondent No.1(ii) in court.

Respondent No.2/Delhi Development Authority is a proforma party. 7.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. The terms contained in mediated Settlement Agreement dated 24.11.2025 are taken on record, holding the parties bound by the terms of settlement. 8.

The application is disposed-of.

RFA 672/2023 9.

In view of the settlement, the impugned judgment and decree dated 02.12.2019 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in suit bearing CS No.18426/16 is set-aside.

As a sequitur to the above, the appeal is disposed-of in terms of the settlement.

The date of 09.01.2026 given earlier, stands cancelled.
