Petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for quashing of FIR No.379/2024 under Sections 110/3(5)/238(C) of BNSS, 2023 registered at P.S. New Ashok Nagar, Delhi and all proceeding emanating therefrom in view of the Settlement arrived at between the parties. 4.

Issue notice. Learned APP accepts Notice on behalf of the State. 5.

It is submitted that there were cross-FIRs and a request for quashing of the FIR has been made on account of the Settlement inter se the parties. It is stated that the parties are neighbours and that the parties have amicably settled all their disputes. The parties have amicably resolved their dispute The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. vide Compromise Deed dated 21.12.2024. The parties endorse the Settlement and shall remain bound by the terms of Settlement. 6.

The parties are present through video conferencing today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 7.

Today, the complainants state that they have no objection if the FIR and the consequent proceedings are quashed.

In view of the above facts that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion and also the fact that the present matter is a neighbourhood matter it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the FIRs in question.

Accordingly FIR No.379/2024 under Sections 110/3(5)/238(C) of BNSS, 2023 registered at P.S. New Ashok Nagar, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 10.

The petition stand disposed of.
