Needless to say, all rights and contentions of the parties in other proceedings are expressly reserved.

The respondent who is present in Court submits that he shall appear diligently in the concerned Court which is seized of the divorce proceedings and shall cooperate for the expeditious disposal thereof. The said statement is taken on record.
