% 20.04.2018 The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. They are locked in litigation on account of marital dispute, it forming subject matter of case registered as HMA 3096/2017 filed by the respondent against the petitioner which is pending before Judge, Family Court, South West, Dwarka, Delhi. The request here is for the transfer of the said matter to the Family Court at Rohini, the petitioner being the ordinary resident of that area. The respondent through counsel submits no objection but submits that there is another matter under Section 125 Cr.P.C which is pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court for North District and therefore, this case may also be transferred to the same forum. The request is granted. The aforementioned case HMA 3096/2017 is withdrawn from the Court of Judge, Family Court, South-West, Dwarka and transfer to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court for North District at Rohini Courts Complex. TR.P.(C.) 4/2018
