Petitioner has moved the above said application seeking withdrawal of the contempt petition. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the respondent had already come up with a speaking order on 06.03.2024, in terms of the liberty granted by the learned Co-ordinate Bench in judgment dated 17.04.2023 passed in W.P.(C) 2843/2021, the petitioner would avail other permissible remedy as available under law. 2.

The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 3.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
