versus STATE ..... Respondent Through:
Mr Piyush Singhal, Advocate for Mr Ashish Aggarwal, ASC for State.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU
O R D E R
% 21.11.2019 1.
The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the parole granted to the petitioner be further extended. 2.
The petitioner was granted parole by an order dated 25.09.2019 on the ground that his brother had expired and he desired to visit his family members in this hour of grief. The petitioner now seeks an extension of the parole on the ground that the house of his unmarried sister requires repairs. Photographs of the said premises have also been annexed with the petition. 3.
The said photographs indicate that the premises in question has collapsed. Clearly, this is not a case of repairs but of reconstruction. It is also clear from the said photographs that no one is using the premises in question.
4.
In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to
entertain the present petition. The same is dismissed. 5.
Needless to state that it will be open for the petitioner to apply for parole in the regular course before the competent authority. VIBHU BAKHRU, J NOVEMBER 21, 2019 RK
