The present petition has been filed by the workman on the premise that the respondent has failed to comply with the order dated 12.11.2024 passed in CM. APPL.35645/2023 under Section 17-B of the ID Act. Learned counsel submits that fairly submits that though last drawn/minimum wages have been received since 18.01.2023, however, the same remained unpaid for the period from 22.07.2022 to 17.01.2023. 2.

Considering that the order has been substantially complied with, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that remaining amount last drawn/minimum wages also be paid for the aforesaid remaining period within a period of four weeks.
