The applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 622/2025 dated 15.08.2025, registered at P.S. Mangol Puri under Section 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Apoorv Shankar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, without prejudice to the applicant's rights and remedies available in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
