Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 states that the petitioners are required to pay balance amount of Rs.1.50 lacs in terms of the settlement agreement dated 24.10.2016.

A perusal of the proceedings would show that time and again adjournments were sought to pay the said balance amount under the Settlement Agreement. It appears that the petitioners are delaying the payment of the said balance amount despite repeated opportunities. 3.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition as and when they are ready to comply with the terms of the said Settlement Agreement.
