By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 51/2025, dated 12.08.2025, registered at Police Station Special Cell, Delhi, under Sections 308/318(4)/319/340 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Pursuant to the order dated 23.01.2026, Mr. Mukesh Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, has handed up the status report, which is taken on record.

After some arguments, Mr. Jasvinder Singh Lohiya, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicant in the pending criminal proceedings.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
