Learned counsel for the respondent submits that even the agreed rent has not bene paid till date. Petitioner is directed to clear the arrears of rent at the rate of Rs. 400/- per month, if not already paid within two weeks. In case the petitioner claims to have paid/deposited the amount of rent to the respondent, he shall furnish proof of payment/deposit of the same.
