O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent Number 2 to provide the copy of the Order dated 01.06.2022 passed in the proceedings arising out of Disciplinary Enquiry initiated by the Respondent Number 1 against the Petitioner, to the Petitioner; and/or;

b) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent Number 3 to provide the copy of the Report dated 03.05.2024 of the Respondent Number 4 as mentioned in the Show Cause Notice dated 07.01.2025 bearing Ref No.

Sales/DOII/Termination/Agency/2024-25, to the Petitioner; c) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ,order or direction directing the Respondent Number 3 not to proceedwith the Show Cause Notice dated 07.01.2025 bearing Ref No.Sales/DOII/Termination/Agency/2024-25, till the prayers a) and b) are complied with in letter and spirit."

During the course of hearing, it transpires that the respondent no.2 i.e. Chairman / CEO, Life Insurance Corporation of India has not passed any order on 01.06.2022. It is submitted that the respondent no.2 has only approved the proposal / noting that was put up to him in EDMS (Enterprise Document Management System format) for de novo conduct of enquiry proceedings. As such, it is not possible to accede to the prayer of the petitioner to supply a copy of the order dated 01.06.2022 since no such orders exists. The said statement is taken on record. 3.

Further, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that a copy of the report dated 03.05.2024 issued by the respondent no.4 (as mentioned in the Show Cause Notice (SCN) dated 07.01.2025) shall be provided to the petitioner within a period of five working days from today. 4.

The aforesaid satisfies the grievance of the petitioner in the present petitions. The present petitions are accordingly disposed of. 5.
