The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following prayers:- "a) Allow the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the impugned order dated 21.01.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Sh. Lovleen, PJFC02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts thereby directing the respondent to bring the minor child namely Master Angad Dhawan to perform the hawan on the account of death anniversary of the father of Master Angad Dhawan in the interest of justice;

b) Set aside the impugned order dated 21.01.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Sh. Lovleen, PJFC-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts in the interest of justice;
