Chandmari Tea Company Private Limited (2011) 14 SCC 66, the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
