% 28.02.2020 The matter has been settled between the parties before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Settlement Agreement has been drawn up on 21.01.2020 which has been placed on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition in terms of the said Settlement Agreement.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that terms of the settlement has already been complied with by the respondent. Petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
