The learned counsel for the parties submit that during the pendency of these appeals, Arbitral Tribunals have been appointed. 2.

In view of the same, the present appeals are disposed of, directing that the interim Order dated 27.01.2025, passed by this Court, shall operate unless so modified by the learned Arbitral Tribunals on an application moved by either of the parties. 3.

Needless to state, it shall be open to the parties to also seek further relief from the Arbitral Tribunals.
