Ms. Rupali Bandhopadhya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, submits that, by an order passed today, the petitioner has been granted the first spell of furlough for a period of three weeks from the date of his release. The same is taken on record. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, does not press this petition without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the petitioner. 7.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
