It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he had challenged the order dated 09.12.2022 passed by the learned Executing Court in Execution no. 82/2021 titled "Matsya Fincap Pvt. Ltd. vs. Harsh Joshi", however, the said execution petition has been withdrawn before the learned Executing Court. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
