Mr. Shiven Varma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate ('SDM') submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been dealt with and the husband of the petitioner is permitted to appear through Video Conferencing. However, the concerned District has been re-organised and it will take some time, to formally communicate to the petitioner, that her aforenoted request has been allowed. 2.

The aforesaid submission made by Mr. Varma, learned counsel is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, the instant petition stands disposed of. 4.

Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if occasion arises.
