O R D E R

% 31.01.2020 1.

The warrants of attachment of monies in the bank accounts are informed to have been executed. However, the warrants issued for possession have been returned unexecuted with the report that the premises were found locked.

I have enquired from the counsel for the decree holder, the monies lying in the bank accounts which have been attached. 3.

The counsel is not aware.

The decree holder does not appear to be keen to recover the decretal amount.

Be that as it may, the counsel for the decree holder states that vide order dated 8th January, 2020 of the Supreme Court in SLP(C) No.30132/2019 preferred by the judgment debtors against the judgment and decree under execution, stay of operation thereof has been granted. EX.P. 89/2019

The warrants of attachment having been issued prior thereto on 27th September, 2019 and attachment in pursuance thereto having also been effected prior thereto on 24th October, 2019, to thus continue, with either party being entitled to apply for variation/vacation thereof. 7.

Else no purpose will be served in keeping the execution pending. 8.
