By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 551/2025, dated 19.08.2025, registered under Sections 115(2)/109(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, lodged at Police Station Ranhola, Delhi. 2.
Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, submits that although charges have been framed, complainant and other injured victims have not yet been examined. 3.
