The present petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking the extension of mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal for a period of six months,i.e. from 26.01.2026 to 26.07.2026, in order to complete the arbitration proceedings in the matter titled as "CY Engineering India Private Limited v. M/s Cinda Engineering & Construction Private Limited" 4.

Issue notice.
