W.P.(C) 108/2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition assailing notice dated 16.12.2015 passed by the respondents whereby the application of the petitioner for grant of veterinary licence has been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied for grant of veterinary licence under the policy issued by the respondent vide office order No.1562/DVS/2011 dated 02.09.2011 and the same has been rejected.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an

appeal before the Deputy Commissioner.

As prayed, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. DASTI.
