The learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the trial is now at the stage of the recording of the defence evidence, the applicant would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the learned Trial Court to expedite the conclusion of the trial. 2.

In view of the above, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the conclusion of the trial and make endeavour for its disposal preferably within a period of three months from today.
