By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks to firstly, regularize the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, which has expired on 22nd October, 2025, and secondly, to extend the time for completion of arbitration proceedings.

Per contra, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the mandate had expired on 17th January, 2025. 3.

This Court is informed that the arbitration proceedings are at the stage of final arguments before the learned Arbitrator. 4.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, and with the consent of the parties, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is regularized from the date it had expired, till today.

Further, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a period of another six (06) months, from today.
