% 14.10.2019 Since the Trial Court has fixed the date for arguments on application under Section 127 Cr.P.C., I find no ground to pass any order in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications also stand disposed of.

It is hereby made clear that the learned Trial Court while deciding the application mentioned above will look into the fact whether the affidavit of income filed by the respondent is in terms of judgment passed in 'Kusum Sharma v. M.K. Sharma' [in FAO (OS) 369/1996, decision dated 14.01.2015] by this Court.
