1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
W.P.(C) 12235/2019
2. The only ground on which the Petitioner‟s request for the issuance of a No Objection Certificate for availing of a loan has been rejected is that disciplinary proceeding is pending against her. When asked to show whether there exists any rule, notification or order that stipulates this condition, learned counsel for the Respondent candidly states that there is none.
3. In that view of the matter, a direction is issued to the Respondent to issue to the Petitioner a Drawing and Disbursement Office („DDO‟) certificate and related service certificates within a period of two weeks to enable the Petitioner to obtain the personal loan as applied for by her.
4. It is made clear that this order has no bearing whatsoever on the disciplinary proceedings stated to be pending against the Petitioner.
5. The petition is disposed of.
6. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
