passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.

Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice. After perusal of the impugned order, this court is of the opinion that maintenance awarded by learned Trial Court assuming the income of petitioner at minimum of Rs. 18,000/- per month and awarding the maintenance @ Rs. 6,000/- per month from the date of filing of the petition till further orders is reasonable and does not call for any interference by this court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also does not press the Revision Petition after making submissions for some time and submits that time may be granted for purpose of clearance of arrears of maintenance. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is directed to clear the arrears of maintenance in four equal installments w.e.f. from 01.02.2024, 01.03.2024 01.04.2024 and 01.05.2024. Petitioner shall also continue to pay the maintenance as awarded by learned Trial Court thereafter, on monthly basis till disposal of proceedings. Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
