Mr. Kanhaiya Singhal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Registrar General, High Court of Delhi submits that the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 10.02.2025 passed in W.P. (C) No. 699/2016 has allowed the application of the High Court of Delhi seeking clarification. 2.

out of RC-10/2017/NIA/DLI and CT. Case No. 67/2020 shall be tried by the Addl. Sessions Judge-3, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. 3.

The order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 10.02.2025 as well as the administrative order dated 17.02.2025 passed by the High Court of Delhi, have been handed over at Bar and the same are taken on record. 4.

In view of the aforesaid development, Shri N. Hariharan, learned Senior Counsel seeks to withdraw the present petition. However, Mr. Hariharan urges that since the bail application of the petitioner has already been heard by the learned ASJ-03 and the order was reserved, a direction may be given for disposing of the bail application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the submission of Mr. Hariharan, the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-03, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi is requested to dispose of the bail application of the petitioner expeditiously. 6.
