The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - "a). issue appropriate directions/orders directing the Hon'ble Judge, Family Court-02, (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to expedite the proceedings of the pending petition bearing HMANo.1262/2021 under section 13(1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 titled as "Abhishek Sharma Vs. Poonam Sharma" in accordance with Section 21-B of the Act;

b). Pass such other order(s) which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice."

The present petition is disposed of, requesting the learned Family Court to conduct the proceedings as expeditiously as possible without giving undue adjournments to either of the parties.
