% 13.01.2016 This appeal is directed against the order dated 16.12.2015 whereby the learned Single Judge has not granted further time for payment of the deficient court fees. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that some more time be granted as a final measure to the appellant to deposit the deficient court fees. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and we feel that this appeal can be disposed of by granting six weeks time to the appellant from today to deposit the deficient court fees. No further extension of time would be granted. If the deficient court fees is not deposited then the impugned order shall operate.

The appeal stands disposed of.
