The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed seeking the following prayers:- "a. Direct the Principal Judge, South East, Family Courts, Saket, New Delhi to expedite the hearing of Maintenance Petition No. 46 of 2023 and further decide the application for interim maintenance of the Petitioner filed under section 125 Cr.P.C in maintenance Petition No. 46 of 2023. and;
b. Award costs of the present proceedings in favour of the Petitioner and against the respondent; and; c. Pass such other and/or further order or orders or such other directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and to meet the ends of justice." 4.

application seeking interim maintenance on behalf of the petitioner and her children was filed on 19.01.2023 and the same has not been decided despite a passage of 2 years.

It is pointed out that the matter is listed for 10.02.2025 before the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, Saket. 6.
In view of the above, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, is directed to dispose of the said application seeking interim maintenance within 2 months from the said date fixed before the said Court. 7.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of. 8.
